Mercedes me is the owners' platform for Mercedes-Benz drivers. The connected car app puts cutting-edge features in the palm of your hand, and it’s everything you’d expect from Mercedes-Benz.
On the web, users can see all of their vehicle information in one place and receive assistance through manuals, how-to videos, or direct help from a specialist. We also regularly update the site with inspirational long-form stories from the world of Mercedes-Benz.
With over 100 service integrations, we created an app that served dozens of use cases seamlessly. Customers could start their engine, lock the doors, track its location, or send an address to their navigation - all with the touch of a button.
